As in previous projects such as Authoral or Ricco Burger, Portugo’s internal space should function as a pedestrian connection between the commercial road and the residential area. We decided to use the same floor both on the public sidewalk and inside the store to highlight the desired connection. The kitchen is located on the mezzanine and the finishing of the sweets and other dishes are done on the ground floor, behind the front shop counter.
