Located in the Parque Avenida Building, designed by Aflalo Gasperini, the administrative headquarters of the Giraffas chain occupies a 480m2 slab on Avenida Paulista. We adopted the same strategy as the Brasília headquarters and opened the entire floor, positioning the work areas in the central wings while the boardroom and decompression space were located at the ends of the floor. We use the same type of metalwork dividers with the brand’s orange structure to compartmentalize meeting rooms and the boardroom. As in the Brasília project, the entire original structure of the building and installations were left exposed.
