202S Apartment

BUILT

BRASÍLIA-DF, 2019

The project is located in a beautiful building designed by architect Eduardo Neri, in one of the oldest blocks in Brasilia. The plant was entirely modified to meet the demands of its new residents. However, the entire structure of the concrete beams that accompanied the existing walls was left exposed. In this way, a trace of the original property remains as a visible element in the new organization of the apartment. This also allowed the ceiling height between the beams to be increased.

The basic color palette used (white and gray) serves as a backdrop for the furniture and family objects. The bathroom has direct contact with the original ventilated facade composed of hollow elements (cobogós).
