The display front of this cafe faces a public plaza in a commercial gallery in Brasília´s central zone. project features such as the lack of a outer characterization of a “proper” display window, the direct service on the counter and the main sign on a internal wall aim to transform the perception of the café´s tables area as an extension of the public realm of the plaza. All installations, ceiling and regions of the walls were painted in black in order to highlight the form and natural color of the two existing concrete beams that “hover” over the space and the irregularity of the space itself.
