The restaurant is located in a shopping center on the outskirts of the city. We use the same concrete block as the perimeter walls on the internal walls of the store, making it apparent, without finishing. The inner lining was removed, showing the building’s flagstone structure. Burnt cement of the “vermilion” type is present on all floors, including the stairs. The store connects the inner galleries of the shopping center on the one hand and has a direct connection to the external area on the other.
