Bonnet House

PROJECT

BRASÍLIA-DF, 2017

The house will be implanted on a terrain with a slope of almost 4 meters. The front portion of the terrain configures the access plaza, open to the street. The program was housed in a cubic volume with two main levels. The displacement of sections of the final volume creates the spaces for equipment shelter, cabinets and natural light entrances. Access to the inner space is a path that gradually reveals the landscape of the surroundings, alternating natural light entrances and the framework of specific views.

Authors: Daniel Mangabeira, Henrique Coutinho and Matheus Seco
Collaboration: Victor Machado, Marina Lira, Guilherme Mahana
Built Surface:350sqm
Project: 2014
